【中铁七局集团有限公司海外公司】【融通七海·我的中国瞬间】Mwiinga：我在嵩山少林学Kungfu

I would like to express my gratitude to CRSG for granting me the opportunity to visit China on behalf of the CRSG (Zambia) Co., Ltd. From processing my visa at the Chinese Embassy in Zambia to my final arrival in China, the Chinese government has demonstrated remarkable organization and provided excellent services to travelers from all countries, that is my personally experience.

首先，我要感谢中铁七局（CRSG）给予我代表赞比亚地区访问中国的机会。从在赞比亚中国大使馆办理签证，到最终抵达中国，中国政府组织有序，为所有国家的旅客提供了卓越的服务，这是我的亲身体会。

After arriving in Guangzhou on February 4, 2026, I was warmly greeted at the airport by the event leader, who then took me to meet up with fellow participants who had arrived on the same day. That evening, we took a boat tour along the Pearl River—a journey that was both delightful and memorable. The surroundings were  pleasant, the people were warm and friendly, and the food was absolutely amazing, with some dishes carrying unique historical significance.

2026年2月4日抵达广州后，我在机场受到活动领队的热情迎接，随后他带我与同日抵达的伙伴们会合。当晚我们乘船沿珠江游玩，这段旅程既充满乐趣又令人难忘。沿途环境幽静宜人，人们热情友善，美食更是令人惊艳，一些菜肴还蕴含着独特的历史底蕴。

During our stay in Guangzhou, we visited the GAC Technology Museum, where we gained in-depth knowledge of the advanced technologies behind electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles. 

在广州期间，我们参观了广汽技术博物馆，深入了解了电动汽车和氢能源汽车的先进技术。

To gain further in-depth understanding, we subsequently visited the Shenzhen Qiaocheng East Road Project and the CRSG project office. This project involves road construction through a mountain via tunneling. We received a warm reception, with comprehensive safety assurances being part of the welcome.

为进一步深入了解，我们随后参观了深圳侨城东路项目及中铁七局（CRSG）项目办公室。该项目是通过隧道方式穿越山体的道路建设，我们受到了热情接待，周到的安全保障也是欢迎的一部分。

The fighting spirit demonstrated by the team was truly inspiring, and we were also given the opportunity to enter the tunnel itself to witness the actual progress of the work firsthand. It can be said that the equipment being used is technologically advanced and has effectively enhanced various operations. 

团队展现出的奋斗精神确实令人振奋，我们还得以有机会进入隧道内部，亲眼见证工作的实际进展。可以说，所使用的设备技术先进，有力提升了各项作业。

Subsequently, we flew to Zhengzhou,the headquarter of CRSG. An awards ceremony was held at the CRSG headquarters, and we also recorded a New Year greeting video. This day was truly unforgettable, because the activities were rich and diverse, and even when visiting cultural heritage sites, the people around us were very friendly. It was a great honor to visit the headquarters, and I would like to express my gratitude for this opportunity.

随后我们乘飞机前往郑州。在中铁七局（CRSG）总部举行了颁奖典礼，我们还录制了新年祝福视频。这一天令人非常难忘，因为活动丰富多彩，即使在参观文化遗产时，周围的人们也很友好。参观总部是莫大的荣幸，我在此表示感谢。

CREC has a subsidiary called China Railway Engineering Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (CREG), which was our next stop after leaving the headquarters. Here, we saw Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) in operation, making tunneling projects safer. 

CREC旗下设有中铁装备集团有限公司，这是我们离开总部后的下一站。在这里，我们看到隧道掘进机（TBM）正在工作，让隧道工程更加安全。

I experienced the culture at the Shang Dynasty Capital Site Museum, and then appreciated China's intangible cultural heritage at CRSG Taihe.Li. During my participation in the Taihe.Li activities, I learned about Chinese wedding customs and had the opportunity to experience them firsthand.

我在商都遗址博物院体验了文化，又在公司中铁·泰和里领略了中国非物质文化遗产；在参与泰和里活动时，我了解了中国婚俗，并亲身体验了一番。

The Confucius Temple in Zhengzhou was tranquil and serene, with solemn halls and the fragrance of ancient trees bringing a sense of inner peace. The Shaolin Temple, in stark contrast, was full of vitality—echoing with shouts of martial arts practice and deep chanting. I followed along to learn a short sequence of kungfu, only then realizing how much discipline it requires. The kungfu performance was absolutely spectacular, with precise and powerful movements that left one breathless. Finally, strolling through the Pagoda Forest at sunset and gazing at those ancient stone pagodas, I gained a deeper appreciation for the unique spirit of Shaolin Temple: a perfect balance between rigorous practice and inner tranquility.

郑州孔庙里很安静，肃穆的殿堂和古木的香气让人感到内心平静。少林寺则完全不同，充满生气，到处是练功的喊声和低沉的诵经声。我跟着学了一小段功夫，才明白这需要多大的自律。功夫表演精彩绝伦，动作精准有力，让人屏息。最后，在夕阳下漫步塔林，看着那些古老的石塔，我更感受到少林寺的独特精神：一种严苛修行与内心平和的完美平衡。

Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the leadership team of CRSG (Zambia) Co.,Ltd. and CRSG headquarters. Thanks for their excellent planning, tremendous support, thoughtful care, teamwork, professional development opportunities provided, and their kindness toward me, which have allowed me the honor of being part of the CRSG family. This gratitude will remain in my heart forever.
